Do you study or work?
Well, currently I’m working as a QA engineer at Dingdong Maicai, which is an e-commerce company in China. I’ve been working in the software testing field for about six years.
My main responsibility is to make sure the quality of software products by designing test cases, finding bugs and working closely with developers. I really enjoy this job because it requires both technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
However, recently I decided to further my education, so I’m preparing to study in Hong Kong. I hope I can improve my knowledge of computer science and learn more advanced technologies, which will help me develop my career in the future.
Why do you want to study in Hong Kong?
The main reason is that Hong Kong has a very international education environment and many universities have strong programs in computer science. Also, studying there can give me more opportunities to communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds.
Why do you want to leave your current job?
After working for several years, I realized that I need to improve my academic background and technical skills. I believe further study can help me achieve my long-term career goals.
